Usage:
· For protection against cold (to prevent further cooling in case of hypothermia) put the silver side inwards and the gold side outwards.
· The silver aluminum layer reflects approximately 80% of the body temperature, which prevents hypothermia
· For protection against heat (further heating of the body is prevented) put the silver side outwards, which reflects the sun's rays and prevents the body from heating up
